To replace the gaskets in your JyAR:

Step #1: Simply pry each gasket free by using a butter knife (knife with a rounded tip) to lift one edge of the gasket away from the protective cap or sleeve.

Step #2: Gently lift the gasket up and slowly remove it.

Step #3: Insert the new Cap or Sleeve gasket and "seat it" with your fingers.
