DaVinci’s brand new IQC is a new fan favorite and we can “C” why it’s a hit.
DaVinci is a brand known for creating innovative products with a focus on customer health and the IQC certainly brings something new and healthy to the table while also remixing the original design for a greater user enjoyment. The IQC features a sharesafe mouthpiece which is made from an antimicrobial polymer that makes it hard for bacteria and viruses to grow. This material also makes it much easier to clean, as a bonus. As well, the IQC features a 30 second heat up time, a glass-lined ceramic oven to maintain flavor, a removable flavor chamber, and open airflow that is much less tight than comparable devices by this manufacturer.
The IQC gives you full control over temperature up to 430 degrees Fahrenheit and charges to full within 2 hours which is much better than the 6-hour charge time of older DaVinci devices and an impressive and welcome change. As well, the IQC features 4 smart paths, a boost mode, a stealth mode, and the option to connect via Bluetooth and use the app (not available for IOS users unfortunately.)
With a beautiful sandblasted aluminum finish, an easy-on-the-eyes dot-matrix-display, a pearl to help boost flavor and adjust your oven size, and a 5 year limited warranty, this is definitely a device to pick up if you enjoy relaxing and customizable vapor sessions.
How to Use
Using the DaVinci IQC is as easy as 1 2 C!
Simply open the bottom lid and pack your material into the chamber. Close the lid again and allow the pearl to firmly pack your material the rest of the way. To power on, press the control button five times in quick succession. You can adjust the temperature using the navigation buttons and choose from 4 preset Smart Paths. The default Smart Path is the 3rd which is a range of 390 degrees Farenheit to 410 degrees. Once the temperature is reached, the IQC will vibrate to let you know. To switch modes, simply press the control button.
How to Use Modes
Smart Path Modes are modes with preset temperatures which gradually build over 8 minutes. You can adjust between these paths using the navigation buttons. Rest mode is 410 degrees to 430 degrees. Body mode is 390 degrees to 410 degrees. Mind mode is 370 degrees to 390 degrees and the default mode your IQC will be set to when it arrives. Flavor mode is 350 degrees to 370 degrees.
Precision mode gives you accuracy up to about one degree. You can choose the temperature you want with this mode. Click the control button to display the temperature and then use the navigation buttons to select a preference.
Stealth Mode allows you to adjust the brightness for the LED display. Click the control and up buttons together one time to raise the brightness or click the control and down buttons together one time to dim the display instead.
To use Boost Mode and boost the IQC qickly to 430 degrees, press and hold the control button. Continue to hold this button to maintain max temperature. To exit, press the up or down buttons at any time. To tell if you’re using boost mode, look at the control button. It will highlight in red while in boost mode.
To use standby mode, you’ll need to be using the boost mode and then release the control button to start standby mode. This will cool your IQC and help to conserve material and battery power. After 2 minutes, the IQC will power down.
