The first time I went to load up this stem, a piece of the bowl broke off. So I scoop some up from my grinder, start tamping and realize that a chunk broke off from right where the relief is cut for more airflow. I understand the design, but it shouldn't weaken the glass that much.
2 day free shipping is the best! Received my first glass stem and the fit was too small causing the stem to rattle and fall if the Vape was tilted more than 45 degrees. Contacted them via chat and 10 min later they sent a replacement for free. they mentioned since it is hand blown glass sometimes slight variation can occur, def recommend this place
This stem does a very good job of cooling the vapor even at high temperatures allowing me to take big draws with greater comfort.
