Overall, I prefer using the dosing caps to not having them. The chamber is much cleaner on my Rogue than on my last Healthy Rips vape that didn't use caps, as is the little "shelf" area around the chamber. Using these means you can skip the screen, since all your herbs are contained and won't make it into the breathing path. They're thin enough that I don't feel like I'm shrinking the capacity of the vape by using them. Being able to pre-load a bunch of them before going somewhere is nice. They close securely. The main issue I've experienced with these is just that they can get extremely gummed up and hard to open. There's a very slight indentation on the lid where you can try to get a little bit of a fingernail inside to pull it open, but it can still take a *lot* of force. I've broken or chipped a couple of my fingernails (which aren't especially long or brittle or anything) pulling them apart. More often than not, I end up scrubbing the lid with a Q-tip soaked in isopropyl to unstick it enough to open. Applying heat can sometimes help, but you can only apply so much because you still need to use your fingers on it.
