This piece works just as a stock mouth piece made by pax itself. Works well in standard size attachments not even meant for adding the device. The only reason I will not give it five out of five is that I have long haird dogs and the mouth piece is a magnet for any loose debree that would come in cotact with the rubber mouth piece.
