The first one I got was out-of-round. Puff It Up had the replacement to me in under a week. With the replacement, the burlap bag it comes in was in two pieces like it was never sewn together. Instead of bugging Puff It Up again I called Aerospaced to see if they could ship me a replacement. Person I spoke with said that nothing is replaced unless it affects operation of the product. OK. It's a burlap sack. But you're selling grinders at a premium so when the first thing I see when I just got done paying a premium (a replacement for the first bad one, nonetheless) is a protective cover that wasn't ever QC'd, why would I have confidence in the product? That's not really standing behind the product as everything you ship with it represents the product itself. Additionally, there were cosmetic blemishes that I didn't mention because I guess it wouldn't be covered. The grinder works fine and the grind is pretty nice and fluffy but Aerospaced doesn't seem to care about the customer.
